MENTARA is at an early stage of building its team and employee experience. Our aim is to create an environment where people understand the outcomes they own, can learn through meaningful work and are treated with respect.
The working principles and employee experience MENTARA intends to build.
A workplace for people who value useful expertise, accountable delivery and continuous learning.
How we intend to work.
These describe the environment we are building, not promises we cannot yet keep. Specific benefits, policies and working arrangements will be published only after they are formally approved.
What you can expect from MENTARA as an employer.
Do not take claims about company culture at face value — look for evidence. Here are the things that matter: Is employment clearly separated from contractor work? Are role descriptions transparent and honest? Is there a clear route for questions, feedback and reasonable adjustments? Does the company publish its policies before asking people to follow them?
MENTARA commits to all four. Policies are still in development as we grow, so what we are not yet offering will be stated honestly rather than implied. Benefits and working arrangements will be documented and available to any candidate before they join.
One partner. One plan. Measurable outcomes.
