MENTARA does not list open roles on this site. Register once and your profile is assessed against direct-employment and client opportunities as they arise, by a named reviewer, with a decision either way.

After you submit

What happens next, and roughly when.

Applying should not feel like sending something into a void. This is the sequence every submitted profile follows.

  1. 01 Acknowledged

Your submission is recorded and acknowledged, with confirmation of which route it has been registered against — direct employment with MENTARA, or a client opportunity through Workforce Solutions.

  2. 02 Held against the route you chose

Your profile is read by a named MENTARA hiring lead rather than filtered on keywords, and kept on file for opportunities on that route. There may not be one open on the day you apply.

  3. 03 Approached with the detail first

When something relevant opens, we come to you with the scope, terms and timeline in writing before asking you to commit to anything. That written scope is what your experience is then assessed against.

  4. 04 Conversation

If there is a fit, a role-relevant discussion focused on judgement and applied experience — what you decided and why, not what you can recite.

  5. 05 Decision

A clear outcome either way. If the answer is no, you are told it is no. Silence is not a decision and we do not use it as one.

  6. 06 Onboarding

On success: context, access, initial priorities, and the person accountable for your first weeks.

What we assess

What actually matters in the review.

MENTARA staffs small, senior-weighted teams, so the assessment weights judgement more heavily than tool inventory.

01Decisions you have ownedWork you were accountable for, including the trade-offs you made and the ones you would revisit. Depth on two things beats familiarity with twenty.
02How you handle being wrongEveryone has shipped something that did not work. We are interested in what you did next and what changed in how you work.
03Communication under ambiguityWhether you can state a position clearly when the requirement is unclear, and ask the question that resolves it rather than proceeding on assumption.
04Verifiable experienceWhat you claim should hold up to a reference conversation. We check, and we tell you that in advance rather than after.
Your information

What to send — and what not to.

Applying should never require you to take a risk with your own data or your current employer's.

Send professional evidence only, and only what you are permitted to share. If in doubt, leave it out and mention it in conversation instead.

  • Do not send confidential material, client-restricted information or proprietary work belonging to a current or former employer.
  • Do not send identity documents, financial details, or sensitive personal data at application stage. They are not required and we will not ask for them then.
  • Your details are used to assess you for the role you applied to and for relevant opportunities, and are not sold or passed to unrelated third parties.
  • You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to remove it, at careers@mentaraglobal.com.

Recruitment fraud

MENTARA never asks candidates for payment at any stage, for any reason — not for training, equipment, processing, visa handling or placement.

Official recruitment correspondence comes from careers@mentaraglobal.com. If you receive something claiming to be from MENTARA that asks for money, or that arrives from another domain, do not respond and report it to us at that address.
